While today's electronics, computers and appliances are more sophisticated than ever they can still cause problems when trying to hook everything up or make all of the features work properly. In such cases, manufacturer's web-sites and customer support lines can be a great help. But Circuit City knows that sometimes you need help in getting stuff from different manufacturer's to work together or the manufacturer help line isn't available on Saturday when you need them. So several years ago we established our Answer City®, toll-free help line - exclusively for Circuit City customers. Now, seven days a week, you'll have access to our technical support staff and our knowledge base of problems and solutions!

If you need help with a product you've purchased at Circuit City here's what you should do:

Answer City® is available 10AM - 10PM weekdays and Saturdays in all time zones and Sunday 12PM- 8PM.

Answer City® currently provides unlimited free support for all products purchased at Circuit City except personal computer equipment.

Free support for computer equipment is available for the first 30 days of ownership. After 30 days there is a charge of $19.95 per problem resolved. If we cannot resolve the problem there is no charge.

For all products, please have your receipt and date of purchase available so that we may verify that your product was purchased at Circuit City. It is also helpful to have your product instruction manual at hand if possible.

Occasionally, the number of calls we receive may exceed the number of support staff on-duty, but we do answer all calls in the order in which they are received. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
