FutureSplash ActiveX Installation -- from the View menu, choose Options. Click on the Security tab. In the Active content area, be sure you have the Allow downloading of active content, Enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins, and Run ActiveX scripts options checked.

Netscape Navigator 2.x and above
Be sure that you have installed FutureSplash into the proper Plug-ins Directory. Look in your browser program folder/directory on your hard drive and be sure that the NPSPL32.DLL file is in the same directory as your other plug-ins. If you have more than one copy of your browser installed on your machine, be sure and look in the directory for the browser you are currently running.

If you can't find the file NPSPL32.DLL, click on your "Start" button. Select "Find … Files or Folders". Under "Name & Location", enter "NPSPL32.DLL" in the Named field. Make certain you have selected the upper root of your hard drive (C: in most cases). Make certain that you have selected the "Include subfolders" option. Click "Find now". If you find NPSPL32.DLL, click on the file and drag it into your current browser's Plug-ins directory. If you cannot find the file, return to
TacoBell.COM and attempt to download the installer once again or go directly to the FutureSplash download page.

If you are running Netscape 2.0 or greater, be sure that you do not have JavaScript disabled. The setting is typically in your Security Preferences under the Options menu.

Other Browsers
We're sorry, but if you don't see you browser listed, it means it doesn't support the minimum requirements needed for the FutureSplash enabled site. Please see "Alternatives" below.
