You can use Inventory Manager to limit sales of a particular product to the quantity in stock.

By activating this feature,
both you and your customers will know when a product is out
of a stock. When the quantity in stock is 0, customers are not
able to order the product until you reset the quantity in stock
(the product is still displayed in your FM store).
Use
Inventory Checking? You must check this if you wish to
use inventory settings for any of your products.
Turn ON Inventory Manager for all products
Turn OFF Inventory Manager for all products
Inventory Manager will be selected for separate items

how you want to use Inventory ManagerYou then have an
option on whether you would like to turn ON Inventory Manager
for all products or turn OFF inventory manager for all products,
or use Inventory Control on an item by item basis. To use Inventory
