FAQ Settings

Select the layout of your FAQ page and activate it on your site. There are 3 layout options and 5 numbering and bullet options. Once you have selected your options, you may activate the FAQ button on your storefront.

Activate or Deactivate FAQ Button

Click the 'deactivate' button below to turn off the FAQ button on your store. You must publish your store to remove it from your live site.

FAQ List Layout

Select one of the following layout and bullet options for your FAQ page.

Traditional FAQ Page - Your list of questions appears at the top of your page which link to your question and answer pairs at the bottom.

Standard List - A basic list of questions and answers.

Questions on the Left - The questions appear on the left of the page and the related answers will be found immediately to the right.

Bullets and Numbering

Any of the following numbering or bullet options will work with the layout you chose above.

Simple list - No bullets or numbers

Bulleted items - Select your bullet style below:
