STEP 2.
SEND YOUR CUSTOMER A PERSONAL MESSAGE Insert your message in the box below . This will generate an additional email to your customer. They will still receive the standard messages you created in the Shipping Settings area of your Commerce Manager. This message will be sent upon approval of the invoice in step 3.
TIP: You can also send a message to a customer when ever you need to by inputting the message in the above message box and clicking on the send message button. This will NOT alter the status of their order. You can then edit your message and send it with order confirmation. This is a great tool for personalizing your orders for each customer.
