| Once your domain is appearing in your My Domain List, then you should set it up with the web and email settings you want it to have.
The next step is to set the nameservers for your domain to be our nameservers. You have to do this with your Registrar.
Contact your registrar and have them simply set the nameservers for your domain to be our 4 nameservers.
After your Registrar has set our nameservers as Authoritative for your domain, the "Root Zone File" needs to update. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once the Root Zone File has updated, we will confirm that your domain is showing our nameservers in the Root Zone File and then we will set your domain to be included in our DNS servers. This step usually takes 24 hours.
If you need us to have your domain active in our DNS servers BEFORE you set our nameservers with your Registrar, please contact us using our online form and select "Domain in member area but not active".
